Independent College, Gerrard’s Cross

We delivered a complete design and build for a new 6th form space at an independent, listed college, creating a mature, welcoming environment that includes classrooms, a common room, quiet study areas, reception, and integrated furniture, storage, and lockers. Designed to make an impact from the road, the space brings a “wow factor” to the town while remaining fully aligned with the school’s brand.

Acoustic performance was a key consideration, ensuring all areas are functional and comfortable, and the reception was made a central feature to impress visitors. The result is a modern, flexible 6th form facility that attracts new pupils while respecting the character of the historic building.
